I would give them a negative star rating if possible. It took over a year to receive my rug - It had been sent to my home TWICE - both times with major flaws. The third time it arrived, within a week it was unraveling and fraying. I have called the company several times with no response. A very expensive price tag on a very inferior product produced by a company with extremely inferior customer service.
