My first experience with them was amazing. Great location, great price, loved the studio and the staff worked well with me when I needed an extra hour last minute. However, I’m not sure if they are out of business now or what but I would avoid booking. They don’t respond to calls or emails and the location listed online is just a parking lot now. Not sure why they are still accepting bookings if they aren’t in business.

BEWARE!! Do not sign up or pay for any services. I have a leap account and I have sent back my lens. My account is not cancelled and they are still charging me and I haven’t received my deposit back. I have tried calling and emailing anyone associated with the company and no one has replied for weeks. Not sure if they are out of business but it’s very dishonest to still charge people. If you are out of business then contact people to return their lenses instead of creating a situation where they are stuck where I am now. I’m probably going to have my change my bank account information in order to avoid future charges. Don’t think I’ll get a refund for other months paid and deposits. This place has been otherwise good but this was not handled well at all and extremely unprofessional.
You know- I had such a good experience initially renting from LensLockers, however I cannot recommend them and would actively recommend AGAINST renting from them, as in the 5 weeks since I’ve returned their gear and asked to cancel my LEAP membership, they have billed me twice and ignored my requests to refund my deposit. Customer service has been nonexistent via phone or email. Finally had to call my credit card company to report the suspicious activity and have my card refunded on their end and halt any future charges from LensLockers. It looks doubtful that I’ll ever see my deposit money again. Not sure what happened over here but AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to get caught in their billing scam!!!
The most affordable, awesome and amazing place to rent cameras and lens in all of Boston. Totally love this place. Have had the best experience everytime I rented with these guys. The equipments are top notch and the latest stuff.
The rental studio is amazing. The staff went out their way to help us. Well worth a look!
