Been here many times before this whole pandemic thing and once last week. Yesterday I came here again with my friend. We were waiting at the entrance with several other people. We literally WAVED and had EYE CONTACT with several waiters but no one came to us. I was starving so I had to walk into the dining area and ask how long we needed to wait for a table. And then this waitress said that we had to wait for 2 hours and a half. Like srsly????? So u guys were just gonna let us stand there waiting for 2.5 hours or what??? And don’t even bother to just come and tell us that we needed to wait for that long???

Make sure to make reservation in advance and arrive on time. Still the favorite spot in Chinatown and great quality of service and food.

They are super at their precautions for covid 19. Cleanest! Foods are good too.

Disappointed. I wanted to try hot pot and I was discouraged to dine in and try it. They said I could take it to go but then I had to cook the meat myself, and I am staying in a hotel. I got dumplings and Chinese donuts to try instead let's see how they taste

Food-wise, one of the better hotpot places in town for sure. Service has room to improve. Accepts American Express. Long waits at busy hours, so arrive early to secure your seats. Note: to be seated, they ask that all members of the party be present. Also, for \condiments/cold dishes\ they charge 2.50 per person, which is separate from the main order, so don't be alarmed when you find that charge on your receipt.
