Stopped here briefly to make a return. The store itself is lovely, I'm a giant LLBean fan and the folks were super helpful. Unfortunately parking is a HUGE bummer in the parking garage. For a 5 minute visit to return a pair of shoes it was 16. The validation parking stickers don't work and other options are not readily available. I'd recommend either taking the T, walking here or if you drive find a different location to enable lots of browsing time!

Excellent customer service on a return. Fast easy lady was delightful.
Hard to find parking but store was quiet and easy to make a return. FYI if you use PayPal as a payment they end up mailed back your money as a check.
Good for outdoor wear. More men's clothing than women's.
