We have eaten at Clary's many times on Haber sham and just found out today that it was closed so we found the Catercorner location. Same lived in and quaint atmosphere with the same waitresses from old location. Food was excellent.

We spent 3 days walking in historic Lynn\tMA and stumbled upon this local gem tucked away on a side street and full of locals and tourists. All American style food with good down-home friendly local service, just what I needed after 2 days of eating at the Big Corporate Chains.
I got something as simple as a waffle and a whoopie pie and I was extremely pleased! Yum. The floor manager was one of the most hardworking guys I have ever seen. He took care of people, lines, cleaning, and managing tables. Great place to eat. 10 AM is very busy though.
I love the food! The iced caramel salt and the cheese platter!! Love this place!
We were in Lynn for only two days and ate breakfast here both days. Don't let the line put you off. It moves quickly. The coffee is good and the breakfast selections good. The sticky rolls and cinnamon rolls are much too tempting.
With a line out the door and down the street you have to be good. Definitely was not disappointed. The croissants were particularly tasty.
Went twice for breakfast, once an and boys that I enjoyed and the other time some satisfying oatmeal and a fruit cup. Coffee was good and refillable, service was friendly and helpful.
