There are not many places in Boston that has a track and an artificial turf field. Even though it's only a 3 lane track, it's still better than anything out there.

Edit: the city employed a company to fence in the track. So now the serene, stunning openness and the lovely wildlife around is a thing of the past. You build a park on animals’ habitats then fence them out. Sickening. What lies just beyond the bridge over the beautiful Back Bay Fens feels like a hidden track and field just for you and a select group of dedicated people during your lunchtime run! There’s a perfect 3-lane, rubberized track, a 120,000-square-foot field, and bleachers. While runners and walkers alike enjoy the track, friends play a pickup soccer game, toss a baseball back and forth, and exercise along the turf, while studious people work on papers in the bleachers beside coworkers enjoying lunch together. It’s a beautiful spot, and you’re likely to run into geese (and their babies, depending on the season) so be safe, respectful, and watch where you walk!
Wonderful track. Good place to hangout, workout or play.
Good track for running. Playground can be used for any of the sports.
Nice track and open space for any activity.
