This place is so charming. I love the bittersweet hot chocolate and they have beautiful caramels and sweets also. It’s a warm inviting atmosphere.

Went here for the lady while back in town as I wasn’t allowed to return to Denver without a few boxes of nama chocolates. I hadn’t had any before this trip but I must agree that they’re tender and tasty, better than Lindt chocolates as they aren’t as sweet. Pay a premium but it’s worth it for the not-everyday occasion. The lady working that day was pleasant too.
Very rude and unprofessional. Didn't expect the service from Royce. I understand it is under covid so nothing is usual. Yet the direction was unclear. It only allowed online order and pickup which on their website showed the ready time would be two days later. And they actually gonna pack your order right away. They could have just put a notice out with that QR code to explain. And the female staff was screaming all the time.
Successfully buying a nama chocolate as usual but this time the lady was so rude.
The chocolate literally melts in my mouth and I have an epiphany from each bite. I recommend the matcha flavor!
Taking covid seriously, can't walk around the store, but you can order right behind the door
After being closed since the start of 2020, they're back open as of Jan 31st. The new management has already shown great changes. The store is super clean and we'll stocked. Employees are plentiful and extremely helpful. The new uniforms are sharp and the store finally has a great new makeover that matches the great quality of these chocolates!
Went today (Sunday) to buy the holiday gift sets for my family but the shop wasn't even open and it was past 12 pm. Checked the website which said it's open from 12-8. Checked the store front, but there was no note posted that the hours changed. I even stopped by again at 12:30 pm to see if it just opened late but it was still closed. Disappointed that I made a trip into the city hoping to finish my holiday shopping, but now I have to find alternative gifts instead.
