RUDEST PEOPLE ON THE EFFING PLANET!!!! EVERY DEPARTMENT!!! I was transferred to 4 different departments and every person that answered was incredibly rude. I tried to get names and no one would tell me. Customer Service is a 0 out of 10. Seriously... do you not have customer service trainings.... how about recording phone calls for quality assurance? Your employees are getting away with a lot of inappropriate conversations.

Most people at this registry are rude especially Alice who is beligerent and hostile to the public. However there is one gentleman there who was accommodating and helpful.
