I can't say enough about this team. In the time of Covid, they got us in for an evaluation, which we needed very badly. I was out of ideas to help my son deal with his anger. They were kind, clear with me, and connected with my little guy in a beautiful way. Chris B. was our main therapist. He was beyond patient, clear with optional behaviors, shared of himself to create connections, and \got through\ to my son very quickly. Within 2 months we had seen such a marked improvement in behavior that I couldn't believe it. We officially have a boy who can control his emotions! This boy did the work with his whole heart, and Chris was an excellent guide, showing him where he had power in his life. I am so very grateful.

Such wonderful therapy here for several years! If you are looking for skilled and compassionate therapists I would definitely recommend BPHT.

BPHT is an amazing place. Starting with the front desk, everyone is super friendly and helpful, to even going out of their way to make sure my son got his therapy. The therapists are amazing, they are welcoming and so patient, and their kindness shows is every way. The year 2020 has been an odd year for everyone, and having my toe broken, my son had to miss multiple appointments, but that didn’t stop BPHT from offering my son’s therapy in different times/dates. I saw a couple of negative reviews the billing office and I was concerned at first, but something made me still want to give it a try, I’m so happy we did, we never had any issue with their billing office and we are just overall so grateful for everyone that is part of the BPHT family. We will miss you guys dearly.

Less than 6 months, my son’s hand strength and grips has improved tremendously. He had his assessment around the end of March 2020 and started his 1st hand therapy session via Zoom in early April. On September 11th, it was his last session. We went in the clinic twice; the 1st time was for the initial assessment, and the last time was for the final assessment before his graduation session. The telehealth was safe and convenient option for us during the COVID19 pandemic. Even though I had minimal interactions with the front desk staff, I found that they were friendly and helpful. My son’s hand therapist was Mr. Chris. He was awesome! He had ability to connect, understand, and motivate my 10 years old son. He was professional; he listened to and addressed my concerns. Highly recommended!!!
