lived here for a year. horrible experience. carpets were gross when moving in, still took the deposit when i left to replace the \gross carpets\ go elsewhere. tons of great complex's around the area. Madison Park Apartments just down the road is fantastic, quite a few others. steer clear my friends.

Thanks for the helpful reviews, everybody. We will no longer be considering this place. It's one thing to have a bunch of bad reviews. But it doesn't look like many people care to share their positive experience either.
Surprised to see the negative comments on this forum. I had a good experience with Essex in other state but seems WA management having some serious issue. Giving up on here how come you deduct the deposit if you are not providing new carpet at the time of move-in? it's a fraud..
A great place to call home.
My boyfriend and I lived here this passed year, and it was not a very pleasant experience. The place is very low quality, carpets should've been replaced before we moved in, cracks at the bottom of the wall, a hole in the bottom corner of the front door, ants upon move in, clogged drains upon moving in. There are little to no apartment community events, which I appreciate in a complex. I did appreciate the pool and 24 hour hot tub access though. I would have considered staying based on convenience of location, but when they wanted to raise rent by 10% which we were already paying way too much for what we were getting anyways, I really knew it was time to leave. I wouldn't recommend living here.
