They are extremely incompetent and waste your money with their lack of knowledge. Something they should know from the back of their head like required setback took them a month to figure out and realized they had made a mistake. I wouldn’t trust them to do any of the work and there is a reason why everyone else is so busy when their schedule is wide open.
