Beautiful layout the neighbors are all very friendly but not over bearing if you enjoy your privacy like myself then this is a perfect Choice only reason they have 4 stars and not 5 is because of the difficulties with the location if you are raising a younger kid or do not have a vehicle there is really not much in terms of public transportation I beleave the closest bus is like 20 min walk

The community has several drainage issues, land will shift or flood. Ants are a HUGE ISSUE! Property management does not treat. Manager does not accept responsibility for lots or land and is condescending to speak with.Good luck.
