Have been going here for several years now, for cleanings, crown and implant work and now bring my own family to Dr. Crisafulli.

I’ve been going to Crisafulli for many many years, and they’ve always given me top notch service and care. They also have an in-house dental plan that saves you more than dental insurance. A great place where the staff really cares!

Bad experience. Poor customer service at the office. Prepaid for a procedure and opted not to move forward. they are so slow to refund my money and can tell me when I’ll get it back... just “working on it”. It’s 2k .... not a small chunk of change...

Best dentist office around!! From the reception desk at check in to the assistants, hygienists, and doctors everyone is so caring and professional. You are only a stranger one time, after that you are family. They make sure you are comfortable throughout your appointment. Highly recommended!!

Terrible inconsistent appointments. New staff are constantly being hired and do not know what they’re talking about. They tell you what you want to hear VS what’s actually truthful. I have a long history of dental panic and have to use sedation during any and all appointments. The communication they give, is inconsistent, if it is there at all. The red flags on your profile, they ignore. I specifically told them no laughing gas, it makes me terrible sick, and lo and behold laughing gas was used. I was given 2 different types of medication 1 to take the day beforehand, 2 an hour prior to the appointment. As instructed. I called and was reassured that if I needed another pill they have them on hand. Guess what? Upon arrival they said they never have and do not carry extra medication, but instead expected me to bring the extras. Hmm, kind of hard to do when you don’t prescribe more than the required dosing. Long story short, stay far away, especially if you have any panic or anxiety disorders. They are inconsistent, and have caused me unrepairable damage.
