I love this workout!! They have excellent instructors who know how to push you and keep you motivated during the entire workout. I am much stronger because of this class. I usually attend multiple times a week and the class is always a little different.

I've had the best experience here over the last year. It had been a while since I'd been a regular member at a gym, and everyone at this place was incredibly welcoming and encouraging. Fun mix of athletes and really accessible to all people, while keeping the workouts really challenging. The owner is fantastic and all the coaches have been great to work with. Coming here is often the best part of the day -- it feels like a real community. Highly recommend.

I am a complete gym newbie but have been working on my overall health so I figured I’d start adding some fitness into my routine. That is when I found The Armory. It has been such an amazing experience so far!! I knew next to nothing when I walked in, but felt like I’ve learned so much already. I’ve already done a few of the classes and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. I’m definitely happy I decided on this gym!

I started here not knowing much, but all of the coaches and other people in the class were so welcoming, and cheered me on no matter how small my improvements were. I ended up bringing my whole family in and we all love the environment and truly look forward to going. Best. Gym. EVER!
