Recently, our salon has had some issues with our dryer until it officially needed repair. Our owner looked all over the Seattle area for parts & could only find online sales which he hesitated moving forward with due to not being sure the correct part would be ordered given this was a time sensitive issue. Luckily he found Appliance Bargains who in his words \went above and beyond to help.\ Ed spent a good about of time checking serial numbers etc, making sure Dan got the correct replacement when they could've easily done otherwise. Dan wanted me to make sure I left this review & to once again thank everyone who helped us make the repair of our dryer go faster! Thank you from our whole team!

These guys are really great! They went out of their way to take care of us and after a small issue came up with a refrigerator I bought from them they offered to fix it under warranty or replace it with a refrigerator they had in stock that was actually worth more than what I paid. I swapped the refrigerator, they took my old, non-working freezer that I had no idea how to get rid of and after we both swapped stories of personal experiences of working on equipment that gave us trouble I left with a smile and a handshake and a good feeling. Buy from these guys because they are honest, good people. - not to mention one of the owners will remind you of Jeff Goldblum - so that's fun. Lol

Not much in inventory. Worker and sales were not very customer oriented or helpful. Wasted trip..

Felt really uncomfortable with the sales associate when I stopped by to try and find a part for our dishwasher - would not recommend.

Had a really great experience with this place buying a washer/dryer. I saw the appliances on the website, called in, and he took the time to tell me about the units and went into detail about the minor dings/scratches that they had. I purchased over the phone, and he helped coordinate delivery. The delivery guy was also excellent, he delivered same-day and was very communicative and friendly. The units work great and were about 50% off retail which is an amazing deal for almost brand-new appliances.
