For two years any stress has made my throat muscles seize up, so that I could barely talk. As a professional speaker -- this has been a HUGE problem. I have tried hypnotherapy before to no avail. With Lauren, I had tremendous results. I listen to the recording of our session almost nightly. Every time I do I am in a different state of lucidity and I actually hear something each time (2 months later) that I never noticed before. After just one session with Lauren, I have gone from having insomnia to being able to calm my mind and actually sleep through the night as if exhausted, but I'm not. I wake up refreshed and happy after listening to the recording the night before. I find her voice and technique to be more than soothing and relaxing. Her work holds the highest level of integrity.
