Linda Bagley is the epitome of a true professional, modest, and incredibly personable. I met Linda through a cold phone call while searching for help on purchasing a boat slip. I found her through her business website via google search. After a quick chat and without hesitation, she offered to help. She provided the information that I needed and gave me excellent guidance on buying a boat slip. She even went above and beyond than that. She created a purchase and sales agreement, started the escrow, and kept prompt communication between myself and the seller until everything was finalized. I don’t know what I would without Linda. She is extremely knowledgeable about selling/buying real estate and waterfront properties. I am very grateful that I found Linda and will definitely seek her services again in the future.
I recently received a Market Analysis from Linda Bagley that personifies good research and graphics that are second to none. The comparable properties (houseboats) were profiled with quality photos and hard facts. I can’t think of any way I could have gotten better service or a more professional product.
About ten years ago the Bagleys helped make my dream come true, my dreamboat! I was convinced that the houseboat life was my future. They advocated for me and were honest about the realities of this life choice to live on the water. The reason that I'm writing this review now, ten years after our dealings ended is that they deserve recognition for continuing to be supportive and engaged with the houseboat community. Recently Linda shared her network of resources with me to help locate a new moorage for my home because my dock in Ballard, owned by Talon Management, decided to end houseboat moorage. I don't know who is reading this review, but believe me when I say that finding moorage for houseboats in Seattle is enough to give you insomnia, let alone \Sleepless in Seattle.\ So, stepping up and sharing leads on locations is priceless. I am extremely glad to have chosen Special Agents Realty to help me make my dreams come true. And now I'm extremely grateful to have them help me keep my dream afloat.
