I always have a great experience here! Staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out whenever I have a question about products. I also love the return policy, specifically regarding food or treats; if I’m not mistaken, you can return an opened bag and they’ll actually accept your return/exchange and then donate the opened bag to Homeward Pets (adoption/rescue agency) in Woodinville! I definitely recommend this MudBay location to my friends and family.

My dog and I love going to Mud Bay. We always get free treats. They have a great selection and the customer service is fantastic.
We brought in our puppy to pick out some treats and toys and all the employees were so nice. They were all very helpful and answered all our questions. I will definitely be coming back!

Great selection for both cats and dogs. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. The best part is you can the home samples of anything for your picky fur babies to try.
