If I could give this place 0 stars, boy oh boy, would I. Nancy is EXTREMELY rude. She talks to you like you're a child and makes you feel incredibly low. She clearly hates her job or something to treat people the way that she does. Hope they never contact me again.

I've unfortunately dealt with some credit recovery services in the past (on both sides). I've had pretty pleasant, efficient, and informative communication from the people here. Hold times are generally okay.
Very rude customer service. Their worker need to be re-evaluated. Even of you have proof that the charge is bogus. They will ask that you pay instead of collecting proof.
Very rude company. I updated my name due to a gender change months ago and they refuse to use my new name even those they have a court order issuing name change. Despite being corrected many times they still call me sir instead of mam. It's a simple request i use to be a bill collector for many years it's not a difficult job.
Never ever give this company your phone number or any of your information! Paying your debt off won’t raise your score. it will clear off your credit report in 5 years either way and they won’t be able to ask you to pay the debt once the 5 years are up. They blew my phone up to the point I had to change my number. Different numbers every day from a different state, and I would deny one call and they’d call again and again until I answered. They would leave countless voicemails and when I asked them to provide me proof via mail of the debt I owed they refused and demanded I paid them over the phone. I will never give my payment Info over the phone especially with this company. Beware!!
