Absolutely unprofessional! I wish I could give -10 stars. John was referred by my original signage company to do install of my sign that they created for me. 5pm on the day before the install I get a cancellation from Neon Systems without any explanation or new date. When I started figuring out why was it cancelled I found out that it was a matter of personal conflict between my signage company owner and John. I was supposed to pay Neon Systems directly, so it was pretty much almost a direct hire. Why should I suffer the consequences of some other people conflicts? Sooooo unprofessional. Beyond stupid. Stay away by all means! P.S. one thing that I am happy about is that I found another company with a MUCH better rate to do the same job. So thanks John for helping me save 700. Keep cancelling jobs so that other people can actually work with good contractors and not waste their time.
