I recently bought my first home and was a bit concerned about my two gas fireplaces. Gas appliances scare me a little and it seemed like the previous owners haven't cleaned them in a while so I called up Sundance Energy Services for a cleaning. Pretty much everything I could have hoped for; came over, very professional, cleaned my two gas fireplaces to a very nice condition and assured me my gas fireplaces are in good order. Explained how the gas fireplace worked and even gave me some free advice on my furnace. Seems pretty solid, I foresee I will be using their services in the future. They seem pretty busy during this time so it was a couple weeks wait, but it was well worth it.

Since Rich's no longer installs gas logs, we went with Sundance Energy Services. They have had a long presence here in Bothell and we see their trucks in our neighborhood all the time. Picking out the right set for our particular needs was easy and 4 weeks later installed. Looks great and we are very happy. Thank you.
Gas fireplace would not stay lit. Pilot assembly had to replaced. The service tech had the part and installed the new one in a timely manner. Very courteous and careful about keeping everything clean during the process. Great job!
Mike did a great job tuning up and cleaning my sooty gas fireplace! He was friendly, speedy but thorough, and happy to answer my questions. This was my first time working with Sundance Energy Services and I'll definitely be contacting them for future maintenance visits.
Sundance fixed our gas fireplace, and they did it right! We were bummed when winter hit and the pilot light wouldn't stay on, then after I couldn't fix the problem, I called Sundance. Heather came out, diagnosed the issue and came back later and replaced the faulty part, all while cleaning up the fireplace so it looks as good as new! I'll definitely use them again and hope Heather's the technician.
