!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can not say enough good things about this shop! I have a Chevy Cruze that has a diesel engine and trying to find a shop that was willing to do service on it was turning into a nightmare. I was quoted at one repair shop 1200 dollars to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I was then recommended to this shop and boy am I glad I called. Brian was super helpful, professional, and friendly beyond expectations. He called everyday with updates and never made me feel like I was getting the run around. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Botzon's Automotive. Brian, Pierce and everyone else there go above and beyond to take care of you. Their customer service is worth it alone. They seem to care about your car as much as you do. If I could give them 10 out 5 stars I absolutely would! They saved me at least 1000 dollars. They are now my go to repair shop even after I move away from the Spokane Valley area.
