I bought my futon couch from this store a number of years ago, and the futon never sat correctly on it - it kept sliding down. Today I finally decided to go to the store and show them a picture and ask what I could do about this. The guy in the store told me that I had incorrectly installed the backing strips to the frame, and he gave me free replacements even though they normally sell for 40 for a pair. I put them on following his instructions, and now the futon is held in place perfectly. Thanks!
