Great selection and helpful group of people. The knowledge of the associates alone should direct you here. The great selection of material makes it easy to find exactly what you want.

Very good experience. Salesperson Sarha was knowledgeable and helpful, assisting me in finding a beautiful carpet in my price range (hint: spend extra on the nicer padding, it makes a difference!) We were on a short timeline, which they were able to meet. Installation crew was amazing! We even tipped them 100, because they did such a great job; careful, efficient, and cheerful the whole time. I'm very satisfied!

Overall a fabulous experience end to end from sales to service to implementation. Everything happened on the dates and times promised. We really like our sales person Tyler. Also, the pricing they extended was the best when compared apples to apple to competitors. I would definitely use them again and recommend Carpet Exchange Boulder to family and friends.

Don't trust their products; don't trust their service! I spent almost 10K on flooring products from Carpet Exchange in Boulder. The product I was sold, called CoreTec, was advertised to me as nearly \bulletproof\. Well, if cardboard is bulletproof, then I guess they are right! This floor scratches with a fingernail, dents if you drop a plastic toy, and bubbles and warps at nearly every seam. After only a couple weeks of active wear, a different flooring expert examined the floor and said \this floor is a product failure!\ I have sent pictures and met in person with the floor manager voicing my complaints. So far, absolutely nothing has happened to fix the problem! No independent inspection, no reporting to the manufacturer, no offer for a replacement, nothing but radio silence. I'm guessing they're thinking if they ignore me, I'll just go away. I've given them plenty of chances to address this failure before I go public. I'm not waiting any longer. DO NOT use Carpet Exchange in Boulder and DO NOT even think about using CoreTec flooring products. Take your money elsewhere!

Tylor and team did an amazing job redoing all the floors in our house. Hardwood in the bedrooms, carpet in the halls and basement (playroom) and tile in the laundry room. Great quality and worked within our budget!
