There were a couple helicopter tours recommended to me but when I called and talked to Jerry (and heard Sasha ;) I knew they would be the right choice and I was more than right. This experience was one of the best days of my life. Paulette met us at the desk and I’m not going to be able to say enough about her, I hope she can read this and just know how grateful I am for everything she did to make our experience even better than expected. RJ was our pilot and he is a wonderful young man , great pilot, and superb customer service as well. The tour in and of itself was breathtaking, this 8 hr day felt like it was done in an instant. I wanted more. Thank you all for full filling one of my bucket list check offs with more than I could ever imagine. Lots of laughs and even some happy tears. Look no further , these are the people for your Grand Canyon adventure.

Got more than I paid for. Paid for the ride around the Grand Canyon but also ended up landing in the Grand Canyon. Never have been on a helicopter before felt a little queasy. For me it was a good one time experience.

My friends and I did the Grand Canyon tour. RJ was our pilot. He did a fantastic job, he was very knowledgeable and played some great music during our flight. This is the only company that I found which could accommodate a larger person for no extra fee do to their seating arrangements.#iFlyPapillon

Papillon is not concerned about customer experience. They just care is money and tips. I and my wife booked for a Grand Canyon tour on a helicopter. They are supposed to give us good experience with audio tour and better response. Pilot was least concerned about my audio head set not working. They operate with old helicopters. I told them several times about my head set not working. But least interested. Make sure your head set is working otherwise the experience will be sitting in a grinder. I suggest to use an alternative helicopter ride company . I will not visit them again. Funny thing is they ask for gratuity after this experience. Lot of guts.

There's no view like the one from the canyon floor - looking straight up 1000 feet along the Canyon walls. Flown by our pilot (Charles ) all 5 of us had pleasant safe (like sitting in a recliner) while listening to classic rock tunes for 60 minutes until we reached our landing zone for a champagne lunch along the river. Great Experience
