Did a winter getaway to Boulder and everything we got for breakfast here at Foolish Craig was delicious. Everything was fresh, hot,and seasoned well. No salt or pepper needed to be added! The grits were my favorite,French toast was perfect, strawberries were fresh. My Gf says “the potatoes go crazy” they were good too. Food was ready at a great time. We just loved the whole experience with you all. 10/10

Good food. Typically, my only issue is the servers; they oftentimes seem to be college students that don't really care. Nevertheless the brunch is always good and they have quality breakfast cocktails
Overall, this was a good experience. The wait time was slightly shorter than the projected 45 minutes. The service wasn't especially speedy, but not especially slow, either. Our waiter seemed appropriately concerned for our enjoyment. We almost didn't get our bacon, though, until we brought it up. The bacon was excellent, but the omelet was a little dry. Still good, though.
Just okay overall. The coffee was really good, and the English muffin was super tasty! Those two things were the highlights. The corned beef hash was... Okay. The plate was heavily burdened with potatoes. The beef was absolutely delicious, but just almost entirely absent. At first I thought it was hidden underneath the potatoes, but was disappointed to find that it's because it was really just a 13.50 plate of taters. Service was spotty, but I think that was just the luck of the draw and not the norm. The other servers appeared to be very attentive around us, so fingers crossed this was a fluke! Not sure we'll be back with so many places to try with excellent looking menus, but worth a shot.
I was seated immediately right around lunch time. I ordered a signature Bloody Mary with their house mix and bacon. It tasted a it off at first, but after letting it sit for a couple minutes all the ingredients did their work and it was quite good... I have a high standard for a good Bloody Mary and many places fall well short. For food I ordered the breakfast tacos with chorizo. In retrospect I should have added tomato, onion, and maybe lettuce with them. They were pretty tasty and the hot sauce on the side had good flavor. The black beans that came with it were typical, but the potatoes were prepared perfectly. The space is neat and fits right in with the overall Boulder feel.
