I bought a Brio massage chair about 15months ago. I paid 4500 and the leather is already pilling off, especially the leg part of the char. It’s not like I use it daily basis but 2-3 times a week at most. I wonder anyone is having same issue as I do. Very disappointing and definitely not worth of 4500.

About a year and half ago, I paid a large amount to buy a massage chair, PANASONIC EP MAJ7, but this expensive chair has already had various problems, but the cover on the buttocks has already been torn, and the stool is already parted, so it is almost like a puncture. When I contact customer service, I'll reply if I send an e-mail, I just turn around and waste a lot of time. Please replace the whole leather part with a new one as soon as possible. I have tried calling several times, but I have been delayed for a long time, and my business is too busy to keep calling. As already explained, please replace the entire leather.
