If you love bread this is the place to go. I have tried most of the loaves and they are all amazing. The Millabrød is probably my favorite, it is absurdly good with some reduced balsamic vinegar and some good olive oil!

Moving from NYC, I’ve had sampled some of the best bakeries in the country- so my standards are pretty high. This is a true national gem, the rustic loafs are on par if not better than what you can find in NY, AND they mill their own flours. The people who work there are kind, and professional as well. Class act.
Best sourdough in town. The breads are legit from someone who takes their baking seriously. We bake a lot in our house and I am learning tricks from them. Their pastries are good but not on the same level as their bread.
My favorite bread in Boulder so far, it tastes wholesome and delicious. I bought their flour as well but my own bread did not live up to expectations so I might need to buy their recipe book! I’ll go back again and again for the bread.

Moxie is absolutely amazing!!! All the staff there is so friendly and the food is delicious! I would highly recommend going and checking them out!
