100% would recommend!!! I got my copper IUD here, the doctor was compassionate and professional, and made sure it didn’t hurt when she placed my IUD. I had it checked 1.5 years later just to make sure it hadn’t moved, and it was in the same position as when she placed it. She was just as caring and patient during my check up as she was when she first placed it. The staff is extremely friendly and respectful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for an annual pap or breast exam. I had a 10 co pay with insurance for my IUD, when the gynecologist at BCH would have charged a 300 co-pay. The doctors, nurses, and staff at Planned Parenthood are absolutely phenomenal!

I don't usually write reviews, but I went in today to have an IUD inserted and was blown away. I only waited about 5 minutes before being called back, and the woman helping me, Haylee, was extremely friendly! (Everybody on staff here is incredibly nice and friendly as well!) I was super nervous and everybody was fantastic about providing answers to any questions I had. They make sure you have the option to share any information and don't have to include anything you feel uncomfortable sharing. The actual insertion of the IUD only took about 3 minutes. My provider, Laura, was so nice and walked me through each step before she began, and warned me before each step as well. While it's not a comfortable procedure, it definitely went as well as it could have! I'm super impressed by the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere they have created and maintain. I do agree with people's complaints about their phone wait times. I ended up having to go in to schedule my appointment a few weeks ago because I couldn't get a hold of them over the phone. But, my experience today honestly overshadows any of the inconvenience and annoyance I felt about that.

I will never come back. I went in for a prescription, and despite having had this prescription prescribe for the five years I've been going to planned parenthood was denied the prescription by the front desk worker. She failed to properly explain why I was being denied the prescription and proceeded to give me medical advice despite not being certified to do so. When I attempted to call and complain, and was assured I would get the clinics manager, the receptionist who I had originally spoken to called me. During this conversation she informed it was her I had spoken to making me uncomfortable and felt as if my complaint was not being taken serious. This is not my first time being treated poorly in this specific Planned Parenthood and other woman have told me the same. Do not go here.
