The young men who work here are very polite and friendly. They take the time needed to discuss and answer questions. They seem to be very experienced and knowledgeable. They were able to find me a difficult part and took the extra effort to insure it was correct. I decided to drop off 2 more pieces of equipment for repair. I am pleased to know that they can service a variety of electronic equipment, not just vacuums and sewing machines. It will be nice to have One place to go to for repairs.

Don't go to any other place! These guys are reliable, trustworthy and a small business all about making the customer happy. They're was a miscommunication about how much the sewing machine i wanted was and they still have me that price! I mean what an amazing deal! They are knowledgeable, accountable and very nice. Even after I bought my new machine he carried it out to my car for me! I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend going here as opposed to any other place. Support small businesses guys! They're so much more personal and willing than big businesses!

This little and very nice store made my day! I was greeted by Seth, a young man who rushed to open the door for me as he saw me coming in from the snow with my upright vacuum for repair. After this, I was provided with the most knowledgeable and efficient demonstration of new technologies in the vacuum industry to suit my needs. Seth was amazing, so very flexible and accommodating to all my questions. I walked out with a new product at a great value as well as end-to-end flawless customer service! Don't go anywhere else if you live in the Boulder area... this is what a small business is all about and what keeps Boulder a special place to live.

72 days in to the repair....Dropped off our Shark vacuum head on November 17, 2020 to have the intake hose replaced as it had split with age. Paid 65 up front for the repair (who does that?). I called a week or so before Christmas to see if it might be ready. They seemed irritated that I called. A few days later I received a call saying that they had found a used part they could use for the repair for 89. I gave the go-ahead for the repair. Another month went by, so I called again January 23, 2021. Seth was irritated that I called. He said he could not check with the technician since it was the weekend and all, but that my vacuum was receiving lots of attention at the store. Day 72 of my repair. Still waiting to hear from you Seth.

I will start by saying that I have never in my adult life received such poor and at times dishonest customer service . Apparently I am not alone, if you scroll through and read other reviews from dissatisfied customers, particularly with sewing machine repairs...Joanna, Melissa, Heather, Ellen... similar stories. I will not go into all the back and forth, but I will start by saying I brought my sewing machine in for a minor concern and wanted a tune-up/ cleaning. Paid 145 up front. Knew that it would take about 21/2-3 weeks. My machine was working. Got a call at 21/2 weeks. I have 2 broken gears. 400-500 to repair! What ? Are you kidding? Negotiated to 200. Love my machine. After many heated phone calls, on my part, trying to get updates, requests to finish, I was so frustrated. All they would say was they needed more time. I have a sewing business and was losing money with the delays. At 5 weeks, I asked that they please finish that week. Was told to pick it up that day . Not fixed! In fact, my machine was broken beyond repair.! One week later, I am still wondering if this is their complete incompetance...yes. Clearly the inability to communicate...yes. Or just a flat out Scam. Never a “ sorry for your inconvenience”, or offer to refund my 145. To the owner who reads these reviews: If you want to do the right thing, you can contact me and refund my 145. I have since bought a new machine, elsewhere, of course. I would NEVER tell someone to support this business in any way. In fact, I will go out of my way to tell people about my terrible experience. This is a follow up....I received a phone call from David , weeks after my very bad experience with my sewing machine repair. Don’t know if he read my negative review, mentioning that I deserved a refund of my 145. Anyway, he wanted to compensate for the loss of my machine. So,I am glad to say that I did receive that refund a few days ago. That was the right thing to do.
