This was super exciting and awesome for my kids. I called for arrangements, and same day Gerald came out to measure the area to make sure everything would fit. He was very professional and reliable. Very good time management as well. I would definitely recommend and will be doing business again.

It was a great experience working with Gerald with Bounce Houses in Dallas. Gerald was super easy to work with and flexible in accommodating our needs for the bounce house we needed for our Company Christmas party. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.
We had Bounce Houses in Dallas come out this weekend for my little brother's birthday party and we had the best time. The kids absolutely loved the bounce house, cotton candy, and snow cones. Gerald provided us with the best customer service and took time to show us how to work the machines. My entire family, kids and adults enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend this place for your child's next event.

I can't recommend Bounce Houses in Dallas enough! I spent the better part of an afternoon trying to find somewhere to rent a bounce house from and was met with a lot of wrong numbers, no answers, no call backs, etc. Then I called Gerald with Bounce Houses in Dallas. He answered the phone promptly, was amiable, and answered all of my questions. He called the day before to confirm my reservation and arrived promptly for set up. The bounce house itself was completely clean and obviously well cared for. They also arrived promptly to pick up the bounce house and again was polite. Apart from their great customer service, they provided my kids with hours of fun and they have already asked when we can rent the bounce house again! Thank you Gerald!
This is a great company to rent from. I would recommend anyone wanting a bounce house to go through them. They are clean and sanitary. I would give them 100 stars if possible. They are early and on time. They will do apartments with out the hassle other companies gave. Definitely worth it I got the package deal and the kids loved the snow cones and cotton candy.
