We were hoping to rent an inflatable obstacle course for my daughter's party this weekend, and really thought that this place seemed to have the best selection, prices, and good reviews. I've tried calling two different numbers for several days, left multiple voicemails, messaged on Facebook, and went online and completed a quote (which then said someone would contact me shortly). However, after this much hassle to try and contact someone I guess I'll be looking elsewhere. As a company, if you are temporarily closed due to the pandemic (last FB advertisement was July 25th) or are booked up a simple reply via messenger or a call back to let a customer know would have been great. Heck even a post on FB to let people know something! At this point, I've wasted my time an its beyond frustrating.

We had an older bouncer that was part of our building rental package at a location we chose. We ordered multiple items from Bounce Smart. They were very clean, they arrived early and they went out of their way to help us! The older bouncer hadn’t been cleaned in years it seemed. Two of the bounce smart folks spent nearly 20min cleaning all the dirt and dust off the equipment that wasn’t there’s, just to make our party better. Solid hands down customer service is hard to find these days but I truly knew these folks were going out of their way to help.
Friendly Owners and Staff! Many inflatables to choose from and they all were very clean and in great condition! I recommend Bounce Smart to anyone looking for fun and safe entertainment for their family!
I can't say enough about this company...Not only are they reasonably priced they are super nice people to work with...Ben (the owner) even gave us a patch for our pool that was leaking...he goes above and beyond for his customers...will definitely be using bounce smart okmulgee again...Thanks Ben and Chelsea!!!!!
