If I hadn't been for the rush I had to get my clothes ready and for how close it is to me, I will never take my clothes there again. I arrived at this location and said good morning and the African-American lady at the front desk didn't even answer even thought she saw my eyes. Some other employees were cordial and greeted me but the way this lady was seeing me wearing her hearing earphones, sincerely, made me want to not go back. They should change who welcomes customers as this is the most fundamental part of a company.

While home on leave from a recent deployment with the Navy I stopped by in the hope that they could sew a few patches on my uniforms and not only did they do it correctly, but they followed my instructions to the letter and had it done in plenty of time for me to report back without any issues. Also, the person working the counter was great (excuse me for forgetting his name) he took the necessary time to make sure it was done right. I can't say enough about how great they were.
