They did such a good job on my tattoo I'm am so in love with it, it's really amazing I recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a new tattoo very clean very good customer service they all are really sweet good atmosphere.
I brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced. She was so excited to have it done, but then struggled when we got there. Casey was super patient and kind. He helped her work through what was upsetting her. He never once pressured her to do it and made sure she felt completely comfortable and on her own terms. I know her appt took way longer than normal, but he never appeared to be bothered. He spoke directly to her and made sure to help her have the best experience he could. I was very happy with how well Casey did working with my daughter.
I've been going to Punctured for years and that alone speaks volume!! I just LOVE this place! Casey and his team are pros at what they do and are just the sweetest caring funniest individuals. They will treat you like family and they do a fantastic job at making you feel welcomed and definitely making you feel comfortable. I went in for some new lobe piercings yesterday along with my brother and he got his first EVER piercing(gauge) done and it turned out great! Why not take him to Punctured right.? Phenomenal job with my daughter's daith piercings. They were kind, talked her through each step and after care and had a nice variety of jewelry. I appreciate their professionalism.
I last minute wanted some piercings done and they were able to get me in the same day I called! They have a large selection of jewelry (and were patient with me as I picked out the perfect pair). They helped me find the right placement for the piercings and helped me feel relaxed and calm. The piercings were quick and painless. Highly recommend this place!
I had an appointment for an earlobe piercing with George. He explained all steps of the process thoroughly, which really helped put me at ease. The process wasn't painful at all and he made sure I had multiple chances to ask questions or express concerns. They also strictly followed covid-19 restrictions, which is a huge plus!
