Went a few years back for my high school prom dress and experienced good service UNTIL it came to ordering the dress. We ordered 4 months before the dance and the dress was supposed to be in 2 months before prom, but after finally getting ahold of them it was only supposed to be in 1 week before the dance. They totally messed up this ordering and it was on them. This was not enough time to make alterations (since they sized me up 4 sizes) or pick out a tuxedo. Owner did not want to give money back for her own mistake and made a huge scene. Only carry nice dresses in tiny sizes and have a bad ordering system. Do not recommend.

Melanie and her entire staff are just the people you want to work with when buying a wedding dress or gown. I not only bought my beautiful wedding dress from Melanie, with her help I only tried on 6 dresses and although all were beautiful, she had the perfect dress to match my dreams! I have also come to Melanie for gala events, not being someone that typically dresses up, Melanie still was able to find beautiful gowns that fit my personality! Love her and love her store! A gem in our hometown!
