in the past two months, I have had a series of unexpected glitches with my HVAC and plumbing. The staff at Bournes is responsive, positive and helpful. Skip, the manager, followed up to make sure everything was in tact and working well. Highly recommend this company. Good people make for great service.

Bourne’s has been great for our propane needs! Prompt delivery, we’ve never run out of fuel, and no billing issues whatsoever. Have worked with Gwen in the Waterbury office the past few years on our propane contract, and she is wonderful to deal with! So nice, efficient and helpful! Awesome customer service!

Whenever I call their office the staff have been helpful and thorough. Most recently I spoke with Trudy who was helpful and kind, and set up our delivery date quickly. In the past they've been able to send service people out to our home the day that we call.
