My neighbor hired them to do there driveway and they raked the debris into my yard and grass. Now if they don't come clean it up the lawn guy could shoot a stone into my window and break it, or I will have to clean it. I saw them do this and asked them to clean it when they were doing it and they just gave me lip service and pretend to clean it up. Still no call back, what does this say about there customer service! What if you have a problem will they pay you back. I recommend withholding 50% until the job is complete. If completed to your satisfaction and they have cleaned and dump in your neighbor's yard, pay them. Otherwise, withhold 10% of the 50% until they address all issues. This gives you funds to correct there issues. I finally got a hold of someone Saturday, and all they gave me was lip service. Said they would have to work me into the schedule, and I have not heard a word since. Wednesday of last week we cleaned up the mess ourselves as the lawn service comes on Thursday. We have still heard nothing from the company. I guess it is take the money and run. I'm not impressed with the actual job that they did on my neighbor's driveway, looks rough in some places.

I only gave them a star because I had to. They have been on our street since early this morning with 4-5 trucks and machinery paving a neighbor driveway on the corner next to a business as well. Our mailboxes are located on the side they decided to park. Due to this we are unable to have our mail delivered. I spoke with one of the workers who was pleasant and stated he was leaving with the largest truckt and would tell his co-workers about the issue. THEY NEVER MOVED THEIR VEHICLES. This is very inconsiderate of any business owner and I will be speaking with our City Council about this inconsideration.

Don't bother with this company. They apparently don't want the job you'd have for them. The woman (Lisa) who answers is nice but some guy who answered the phone was SO RUDE. Don't ask for an estimate unless you have days on end to wait for them to get back to you.
