After a few discussions with Capitol Improvements (Patrick Jewell) on my siding options and how I wanted the finished product to look, I decided to have my siding done. I am very pleased in my decision and outcome of this siding project. Our home was in need of a lot of TLC beginning with replacement of the roof. I contacted Capitol Improvement after chatting with a colleague about his pleasure with his new roof from Capitol Improvement. My husband and I met with Pat Jewell and he was such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and kind. We felt comfortable with this company. I understand they use employees rather than subcontractors! We ended up getting a new roof, trim, coil, gutters w/ covers and downspouts. Very, very pleased with their work!! Thanks so much to Mr. Jewell and his staff. The painting of the siding and window trim was done by another company. The house looks great.

So initially we were going to have a door to door roofing company do the roof. Communication with that company didn't go well so I started searching around and found Capitol improvements. From the first phone call with Lance everything just felt way better. No confusion on what services they were going to provide and when they were going to provide them. Great price. Emailing Austin was seamless also. The crews that came out were great also. On time and very efficient. Cleaned up everything well. Honestly my drive way looks better than before they started

We hired Capitol Improvements to replace the 20 year old original builders roof on our 4300 SQ FT home in Upper Marlboro MD. Pat was an absolute pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales tactics and the estimate came in right in the sweet spot. Material showed up ahead of schedule/estimates and the installation went like clockwork. The roof looks AMAZING, and now I can't wait for spring to repair and repaint the trim and do some proper landscaping. We had a single minor complaint about the choice of caulk color in two small corner areas, and they sent someone out to address in \u003c 48 hours. We needed documentation (including complete photos) for my homeowners insurance and the Capitol crew provided this within 24 hours of being paid in full. We would not hesitate to recommend Capitol Improvements to anyone in the area. Solid 5 out of 5.
