Had a oil service and tire rotation along with a trans flush. Dropped off the night before and Buddy called me first thing in the morning to go over service needed. Also called back later and recommended a couple items coming up for the next service. Buddy communicated all items very well and was vehicle was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

I own GM vehicles. This was my 4th visit to Ourisman for service. The service counselors are knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area is very clean and has several conveniences. I've never been dissatisfied with the service but I do have two small complaints. 1). I made an appointment to get a replacement key and a second fob for one of my cars. I made a 6:30 am appointment so could get them purchased and programmed before work. I got there early and was told they had to order the part and I had to either leave the car or come back. 2) They have a TV in the waiting area but it wasn't on. They don't seem to feature wifi either. However, they do have a charging station for electronic devices. When I returned the next day, my vehicle was serviced quickly and to my satisfaction. I've never bought a car at Irishman. I would recommend this location for service.

Buster was understanding of our needs and made sure we left with what we wanted. Shane in finance took time to answer any questions and was friendly engaged through the process. Could not be happier with our decision to use Ourisman of Bowie for our new Tahoe!
