EXCELLENT! From the time I walked in until the time I left. The young lady (name begin with a Z) at the front desk was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Your first individual contact makes all the difference. Next in line was the nurse and I believe the gentleman was a doctor. Both were pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.

The staff were rude, from the lady who takes your information to the actual doctor. The lady who was taking my information was just having an attitude for no reason, when I said something she was like “i dont care” so quick and rudely. Then the doctor was treating me like I was a child and ended up telling me I needed to go to the ER for surgery because they couldn’t handle it(She didn’t even see me for longer than 10 minutes before she decided that). I go to the ER just for them to tell me that she overreacted and didn’t want to handle the issue and that they even gets a lot of patients from patient first who are false alarms who could have been handle by them. So why am I paying for a doctor to refer me to another doctor, just for them to tell me that wasn’t needed. Literally a big waste of money, time, and energy. I definitely will not be coming back and will not be recommending
