Workers kind of slow, but I love the merchandise

We had purchased a floor lamp online, and we just couldn't get it together. We brought it to the store to see if they could assist us. Manager Phil was there, and took a look. He was able to get the floor lamp together in 3-4 minutes. He was friendly and gracious, and never acted like we were imposing on him. I would patronize his store just based on his giving demeanor.
The customer service here is POOR. I'm not asking to be waited on hand and foot, however I do at least expect acknowledgement when I walk through the door. This location has always suffered from professionalism and I'm surprise it wasn't one of the stores on the Hit List. I hope no one experiences the same. Best wishes!
It is going out if business. Closing. Not much left. Hard to believe after all these years.
A little on the pricey side, but they have some nice things to choose from for your home.
Signs in window say "Everything must go, store closing." 10-40% off. But the prices are ridiculous to start with for the items they have. I'll stick to Home Goods, Home Place and At Home.
I used to love this store the moment I'd walk in but now I get sad walking in... This store no longer looks inviting. It's sad,the colors the atmosphere, the employees
I just love Pier 1 and there quality of items. The store was well displayed. The two ladies working in the store greeted me as I walked in. Whenever I needed help with getting something there was no hesitation. The store was not overcrowded with a lot of things like some others I've been to so it made it very easy to walk around and take my time looking at the items they had. I would definitely recommend this Pier 1.
