My experience with Jackie was one of a kind! She was fun and up-beat and made me very comfortable. I was given the numbing treatment one hour before my appointment and during that time Jackie sketched my tattoo; it was marvelous! My entire appointment took roughly five hours but she powered through with a smile and jokes galore! I truly appreciated her craft, her staff and my overall experience! My tattoo has healed beautifully and her homemade cream for aftercare is a must!

I have gotten tattooed a few times in this wonderful shop it’s lit to say the least. Good vibes great conversation your welcomed from the hello! Most certainly will be back that’s for sure ️. Also small fact do yourself a solid an actually read the policies, emails & what not’s cause they matter! Thanks Ladies
This was by far the best tattoo experience that I have ever had. The exchange between my tattoo artist(Jackie) as I figured out what I wanted, to the booking of the appt was all very professional. I felt the positive energy in the space as soon as I entered. Super cute work space that Just puts you at ease. I was given a little pink heart stress ball during my session as I did not get the numbing service. But that is also an option for you!! Jackie’s convo during the session was an added bonus, as we talked about different stuff. Some tattoo artist are dry but nah! Not in this shop! I definitely dig the female empowerment vibe that they have going on at this shop, and that’s probably half of why I wanted to support. The other two employees that were there were also cool as hell. I brought the aftercare box that had different little goodies inside, and the all natural ointment and soap that was included was different. Trust me and just go to them for your next ink session. This is definitely my new home!!
Jackie lack of professionalism and misleading information is the reason why I cancelled my appointment. I booked my appointment with Jackie after conversing with her for a few months. I sent her the exact picture of the the tattoo my sister and I want. I made the mistake of not confirming the price. According to her website I had a pretty good idea of what the tattoo would cost...... Based on the information she provided. When we start asking questions about pricing for clarity,Jackie became very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. The last response to our email was “OK”. After doing our own calculation she charged us an outrageous price for a seven letter wrist tattoo. Jackie needs to work on her communication skills and need to take a course or two on professionalism. It’s clear she does not value new customers or potential new customers.
I started my journey with Jackie at Pretty in 2018. Through my virtual consult (via email) she was very helpful, thorough, and responded in a timely manner. Appointment day is very professional...paperwork can be done in person or online (ahead of time) and equipment/stations are neat and organized. I am very pleased with the tattoos I’ve received from Jackie; that was to be expected. What I am most impressed with is her willingness to listen. She listened to me talk about my mother and what she meant to me. Every year on July 16th I get a 4 hour therapy session. Thank you Jackie for helping me heal. ️
