My son and I went in for ink and a return. The manager Brianna/Brianne (?) was super helpful finding us something in the back, that wasn't on the shelf & handling our return (user error). And, her customer service (and the other cashier working) was fantastic, making my son & me laugh! It's nice to still see smiling faces and positive, accommodating people with everything going on in the ew normal\. I never write reviews, but she deserves the positive review.

Briana was great. Despite Staples not carrying what I needed, Briana was very nice and was more than happy to try to find what I needed. She even went online to see if anywhere else might have it. That is customer service!!!

Apparently they open when they feel like it. After driving out of my way and waiting outside for them to open at 8am as the sign on the door states. At 8am I was told that they will open when they're ready???? I asked how long would that be being as though I was short on time and drove out of my way. The not so friendly employee says when I'm ready???? Sounds like a management issue to me, what's the point in having an open and close time? Or maybe I'm missing something. To Amazon I go, since I can't support brick and mortar.
