My time with Bowling Brook was about two years. I enjoyed living there, it reminded me of home, very cozy and quiet, not a lot of unnecessary distractions. With apartment living, one thing you have to remember is there is always someone above and beside you, there may be some steps, voices above your head or even baby crying and maybe a door closing next door, but these things come with Apartment living. One thing I saw that was amazing, kids actually outside playing. If I did have a work order submission it was handled very quickly. The rental office always kept the tenants aware of what was going on in the community, even though I spent much of my time working, it was good to be kept abreast. The leasing office personal was very resourceful and astute. If I had to give one negative remark, it would be on the behalf of my shoe collection, the closet space, even with two rooms, was not enough, but I made it work. It was a hard decision to leave but it was one that had to be made. I just hope the leasing office personal make you feel at home as they did me.

I stayed here for 4 years (recently moved October 2020 . The leasing office, led by Ashley, was consistent, resourceful, and astute. I had the best four years here and would recommend this place to anyone. The neighborhood was quiet, kids were actually playing outside (Can you believe it?), and anytime I had a challenge the maintenance person's were able to take care of everything within a reasonable amount of time. I'm sad to go, but those in that leasing office will make sure you feel at home.
I recently renewed my lease here for the 7th year. Apartment living may not be for everyone but if you need a place to live I would recommend Bowling Brook. The office staff is friendly and accommodating, they are always just a phone call or email away. The grounds are well kept year round and maintenance calls are attended to in a timely fashion. As tenants we are kept well informed with a monthly newsletter and notes hand delivered for services being rendered by mandated inspections or emergency services. The pool is a great place to relax in the summer and the gym was recently updated!
My experience overall was good, I rented a renovated unit with new appliances, on the top floor. The structure of the unit made it difficult move in, and slot of extra spaces which made it difficult to keep warm. Parking was annoying because it was so far away from the building. Maintenance was very receptive, most repairs were done within 24 hours. There were some requests which were not met such as touch up painting (have to diy) and the exterior is due for power washing and paint. I was there for 3 years, and when moved out, was originally charged 200 carpet replacement fee, which I challenged, and fortunately Ashley gave me a courtesy, due to me being a great tenant, which I greatly appreciated.
