He was very careful in loading and unloading my car. He promptly took me to the dealership as promised at the price he had quoted in my first call. Michael even dropped me at my hotel at no additional charge. He made a very difficult experience as positive as possible. Michael came to tow my car after I blew a tire and didn’t have a spare. He was punctual and professional despite having many calls and balancing dispatch duties for the night. He also made sure we got to a place to get me a new tire in an efficient time. I would call him again if I needed a tow.
I had a very bad and scary accident and Burton's Towing Service was very quick to respond. Michael Burton Jr. was super helpful and courteous. He knew how to respond to me and my vehicle, which was totalled. He handled everything very professional and I will forever be grateful to him.
