Singed up with them, received a call days later telling me I had to pay out a year membership due to a past account that was signed out in my name by someone else. ( 15) years old. I was told not to sign up with them just because they are horrible at canceling memberships. It has turned out okay thought, there are other gyms in BG that are glad to take my 40.00 a month. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

My experience with the Physical Therapy staff at Total Fitness Connection has been nothing short of phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, but at the same time make sure that you are progressing. Confidentiality is upheld in every aspect of the therapy process. I find their business model of not providing pricing without having to come in and take a tour, invasive and a little pressuring. One should have the ability to get basic pricing for the use of weights and cardio equipment without having to come all the way to a location to get the whole sales pitch.
