Sales was the best experience I've ever had, but shipping the bike took well over a month from the time the sale was completed. 5 stars for purchases, 3 1/2 stars for delivery.

I've now bought two motorcycles from these folks, a Ural in 2012 from their dealer in Boxborough and just recently a 2020 Enfield from their dealer in Spencer. They're good people, you feel welcome, they're attentive, knowledgeable, there's neat stuff kicking around, the dealerships I've seen are all quite nice, everything's clean, the bikes are well assembled, they've a solid spares department - I don't know what else to say - except that I've owned something like 40 bikes and they're the only people I ever bought a second machine from.

My wife found the Alphacar website and did a lot research on the company. We were looking to sell our Shelby auto and decided to call Alpha not expecting any real offer. We were wrong, Dmitry (GM) came and looked at the car and made a very fair offer which we accepted. The whole process was painless and Olga (BM) handled all of the transaction. We are very impressed with entire team at Alpha, everyone from the techs to the management where very friendly and seemed happy to work at AlphaCars.

Seemed to be a good dealer i was happy working with them.they did keep my 1000 deposit which I did not agree on.they said non refundable in contract but I told the owner of the company as long as it pass inspection and appraisal which part of it was acceptable to me so lesson learned

Bought a Royal Enfield Continental GT650 from This dealership few months ago.People working there are friendly and very welcoming. My salesman is Thiago Dos Santos and he is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable about the bikes and cars they sell and overall he makes sure the sales go smooth. I will definitely do business with them again. He checks with you after several days and weeks to see how your new bike rides and if you have any concerns or questions. A good guy and not like some sales people who makes you kind of push you to buy the one they like.

We bought a beautiful used pickup truck that Alpha had taken as a trade in. Dmitry and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Even though they don't deal with a lot of used car sales, they really went the extra mile to get my husband and I into that truck. I was absolutely thrilled with the communication and the entire experience. Just wonderful!
