There is no one at the leasing office in this building when you go to see the place. I called them a couple of times on the number mentioned online and he disconnects the call every time without answering. After trying several times, they finally connect me to this leasing officer Stephen Bell, who is absolutely unapologetic and extremely rude. The office area looks nice, but he quotes such high rates for the office space and is not willing to negotiate at all.

We are 6 months into our lease after an extensive build out to our specs. We are very happy with our office space and the building staff. Special recognition to Jet, the building Tech and Scott Talbert, the building manager. Both Jet and Scott are very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. A fellow manager in our office space recently recommended to a colleague from another company that he and his team should relocate to this building, when their lease is up this Fall, based on his experience here and the convenient location of the building to 610, 290, 10 and 59.
