Dear Boxfli Team: Shannon, Sky(e), and Robert, You’re always there for me when I need to know what’s in my box or when I misplace my key. You’re courteous, pleasant, and kind with exceptional customer service to go with it everytime I come in to collect my mail and packages. I think its been more than a few years now since I have been a customer, and I can’t think of anything more that would please a customer than what your team/this location already provides. Knowing the degree of customer service, location and cost for mail box is just what I need, I feel confident all my mail & packages are secure and in good hands. I just signed up for another year of mail box services and I am looking forward to getting my mail and packages for this upcoming year. Thanks again for allowing me a box in your business. The staff at Boxfli are fantastic. They do a great and friendly job packing and shipping whatever I bring them. They're always informative about my shipping options so I trust them. It's a much better experience than those other guys who push you to use their own shipping service. Highly recommend.
Boxfli is a one stop shop from my business mailbox to onsite notary to darling unique gifts for everyone! mom, dad, grad, baby, teachers, pets...I could go on and on! plus the boxes are hip and fun and they never get sent off without a chip of fragrance thrown in! so when you open a package your recipient is greeted with oranges, lemons or fresh smelling lavender. who could resist that! and Kelli always has a smile on her face when I come in. Boxfli is the coolest little shipping shop for sure!
Sloan and Eric were awesome employees and so helpful. It was such a pleasant experience, as well as quick and easy. I have been traveling around all summer and accumulated more clothes that I could fit in my luggage. I easily shipped half of my things home to Washington DC. The store is so fun, funky, and has good vibes .
I LOVE this place! Not only do they ship in cute boxes, but the offer a variety of other products that are really fun. If you do not like wrapping gifts, the boxes are a festive alternative. If you need a quick gift or a hostess gift, there are many products from which to choose. It's one-stop shopping because they have hysterical greeting cards as well. On top of all of that, the staff is wonderful—they are very knowledgeable, super helpful and extremely polite. Two-thumbs up and five stars for Boxfli!

Just had the best, and easiest shipping experience at Boxfli, Costa Mesa. Shipped 2 boxes to NYC to move into a new apartment full of clothes and shoes, and couldn't have been helped by friendlier employees. Best place to ship!!!
