I was told that a number of shingles on one of the ridge lines of my house get blown off while I was away and couldn't inspect it myself. Called B&K and they went out within the hour and took care of the issue very quickly. After getting back and inspecting the work everything looks fine but they overcharged significantly for the work done. Keith did call prior to doing the work to let me know if would cost 750, which I approved. I should have waited to inspect the issue myself prior to giving approval, in this case I got taken advantage of, lesson learned.

I met Keith last night on 287 during a traffic jam while there was construction going on, he was barreling down the shoulder of the road and in the grass with his roofing truck and trailer, he almost hit my wife and I. I proceeded to calling the number on the back of his truck to speak with him but he rudely hung up upon being questioned as to why he was driving so crazy in the dark in construction while the rest of us sat patiently. I guess he forgot he was in a moving bill board, great representation of his company, good luck if you use this company with people like this working there!!! If he’s willing to put others lives in danger and the construction workers I’d hate to see how he cuts corners with your homes and businesses
Drake and his team at B & K did an absolutely beautiful job on my roof. They were able to finish quickly and efficiently (one day) on a mid sized home roof. They were extremely patient and helpful while I got my quotes and made my decision! Our roof is gorgeous and we couldn't be more happy with the company we chose. They are currently working with us on some other repairs and I've already had them do estimates for my mom and grandparents roofs. Thank you so much for treating us like one of the family!
STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! When you first call, he's quick to give a quote and brag about all his reviews. All reviews are fake. Do not believe it. After the work is done (IF he finishes it), you can never get him back to fix any problems. His Lifetime Warranty is a lie, he never honors it. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company!
They did a great job. I inspected the roofing afterwords with my drone, and they did good work. I love the 10 year warranty they offer. I reviewed my proposal after they finished and didn't see their warranty on it, but the supervisor pointed it out to me on the proposal. I asked for details from the owner and he not only emailed, but had delivered to me, the documents with warranty info. The only thing they could have done better was communicate better what time of day things would be done. They were fairly timely, but communicating the exact times would have been extremely useful. Overall, i have a new, great roof.
What can I say, we made the right choice with B&K Construction for our roof repair! From the first meeting all the way to the installation and completion we had one on one contact with a member of their team. I don’t recall the last time I had this kind of customer service and follow through. They sat down and answered all of my questions and even helped me with completing the insurance process! I will be recommending them every time, that’s a promise! We are even looking forward to upgrades to our home and already know we will be using B&K when we are ready to start that project! Thank you again to the amazing crew that got the job done and did a great job with the clean up! A huge thank you to Brandon who was always available when I had questions and even insisted on stopping by to make sure we truly satisfied! Thank you so much for making this an easy process! Like I said, you guys were clearly the right choice.
Had my roof completed today by B&K Roofing & Contstruction and am thrilled with results. Their professionalism, honesty and reliability is outstanding. Pricing is very reasonable compared to some of the other estimates for the same work I received. Thank you Keith Patterson for a sterling job and for saving me a bunch of money! I can absolutely highly recommend B&K Roofing & Contstruction without any hesitation! One very satisfied customer!
Drake & Gary we’re both polite & respectful. They answered any questions we had. They showed up & were ready to work when promised. They did excellent work & cleaned everything up when they were finished. We would definitely use them again if need be & highly recommend them to others. Thanks, guys!
